Code of Ethics

The Bor Youth Association of Victoria is a community based organization and wishes to create possible opportunities for the youth through the joined participation. Sharing of ideas in order to build up the most responsible generation within the Bor society across Victoria and anywhere the Bor Youth are involved. The Bor Youth Association of Victoria remain as the extreme forum where many of the members will meet with the different backgrounds and abilities. These will need a proper care and respond to keep this unity look more attractive just by applying this code of ethics. The BYAV code of ethics explains the machenism on how individual are expected to present the views of the Association in good faith.

The Code aims is defining and implementing into life principles of professional ethics of Bor Youth Association members and all those providing BYAV informational services under conditions of building up democratic and independent Youth. In a democratic society and with knowledgeable general public, the BYAV's mission is to promote the establishment of the principles of intellectual freedom, free expression and unrestricted circulation of ideas and information, freedom to contribution to pursue the developmental objectives of BYAV.

It is the  responsibility of the BYAV members to pledge themselves to conduct their official activities and practices in a manner that furthers the perfection of integrity in the daily operation of the Bor Youth Association as organization and agree to act in accordance with the following principles of the BYAV Code of Ethics.

Honesty and Integrity
The Bor Youth Association of  Victoria is in partnership with Bor community on planning of bridging the gap that was created by war, and will need not to entertain any further incitement to set apart the community that exist in the peaceful society.

The BYAV members shall conduct official activities in a manner reflecting honesty, obedience and integrity. Mutual understanding within the context of BYAV objectives will be the prime focus of target through the operation of BYAV.

Truth
The BYAV members shall be accurate and ingenuous in representing views of BYAV to the subscribers and members within premises of BYAV. 

Commitment and preservation of the integrity in BYAV
The BYAV members shall endeavors to persistence and properly resolve all disputes within the organization and its clients. Individual interests that pave the way to any vandalism in the organization premises are considered as the reflection of intended damage. This will be treated as an attempt to cause irresolvable turmoil within the organization and possible majors will be in position as required by the constitution and rule of governance.

Professional conduct
The BYAV members shall conduct their official activities in a professional manner with the general public while maintaining ethical competitive practices. The BYAV concept will be the zero tolerance toward the misconduct of activities by the members or subscribers of the organization.

Official activities that involve the meeting of the general assembly will be govern and protected by this code of ethics as till further amendment are made to either add or delete the stipulated rules.

A member conducts and respect toward each other will be more important and any attempt to attack each other on issues which are related to the individual interest is considered and treated as breaching of the code of ethics. Our interest is based on the idealogy to focus on things that benefit the Association progress and the community.

Compliance with Rules
The BYAV members shall conduct their official activities in compliance with all applicable State laws and country laws and regulations that govern the association operation. This is to allow the association to fit in the proper management system. The BYAV operation in Victoria is in the context of the law and need proper compliance of all members serving and wishing to serve their community.

Dicrimination

All members should based their issues only on the reality of pursuing BYAV objectives rather then bringing issues of of dicrimination. All BYAV members are made of boys and girls, men and women and are all entitle to participate on the equal basis during the operation of BYAV as a community organsation. Every registered member need to be considered as a sole shield to guide the code. Members registered with BYAV will be treated with proper fairness and the intention is to serve them better.
